About the event

This experience is open to the first 10 members who register. Each member is allowed to bring a plus one (spouse, child, grandchild, friend or another member). 

AGENDA

I. INTRODUCTIONS

a. Quick introduction to equipment, supplies and ingredients

b. Safety

c. Rules

II. MAKING OF THE SAUSAGE

a. Cut meat, clean off all the slimy fat, blood vessels and anything nasty

b. Clean casings

c. Cut meat into strips or cubes

d. Grind meat

e. Season meat

f. Mix mea

g. Stuff meat into casing

h. Put sausage into the freezer to chill

III. DINNER

a. Pasta dinner with meat sauce

b. Meatballs

c. Grilled or baked fresh sausage

IV. CONCLUSION

a. Clean up and package meat

1) If you have a knife you would like to use

2) If you have a cutting board

a. Meat
